oesii (Return Policy)


At oesii, customer satisfaction is our top priority ❤️
We want every buyer to enjoy a safe, fair, and worry-free shopping experience.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you can easily request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the following policy.


🧾 1. When You Can Request a Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is not as described or doesn’t match listing details.
  • The item arrived damaged, broken, or incomplete.
  • The item is defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing faults.
  • You received a different item, color, or size than ordered.
  • The product does not match what the seller promised or displayed.

💡 Note: Some sellers may also accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), depending on their individual store policy.


🕓 2. Return Window

Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Returns can be requested within 7 to 15 days of delivery, depending on the product category.
  • Certain product types (like electronics or fragile goods) may have a specific window mentioned on the product page.

International Orders:

  • Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

📦 3. Item Condition for Returns

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Items damaged by improper use or mishandling may not qualify for a full refund.
  • Products missing parts or returned in poor condition may receive a partial refund after inspection.

📱 4. How to Request a Return

You can raise a return request easily via your oesii account:

  1. Log in to oesii.com and go to My Orders.
  2. Click on the item you wish to return and select Request Return.
  3. Choose your reason for return and upload photos or videos showing the issue.
  4. Add any notes explaining the problem clearly.
  5. Submit your request.

The seller will respond within 3 business days.
If the seller does not respond or you’re unsatisfied with their resolution, you can request oesii Support to step in and assist.


🚚 5. Returning the Item

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions.

Please ensure:

  • The product is repacked securely using original packaging.
  • All manuals, accessories, and parts are included.
  • Ship via a trackable courier service and upload tracking details in your oesii account.

⚠️ If the returned item is damaged during shipping or missing components, deductions may apply from your refund.


💸 6. Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a seller’s error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), oesii or the seller will cover return shipping.
  • If you are returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will bear the return shipping cost.

💳 7. Payment Disputes & Refund Handling

🌍 For International Orders:

  • All international transactions and disputes are handled directly by PayPal.
  • If paid via PayPal, disputes, refunds, or chargeback requests are processed under PayPal Buyer Protection.
  • oesii will cooperate fully with PayPal to resolve cases quickly and fairly.

🇮🇳 For Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Disputes, refunds, or chargebacks are managed directly by oesii in coordination with Razorpay.
  • oesii’s dispute team ensures resolution within 7–10 business days of complaint submission.

🔁 8. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and verified.

Processing Time:

  • Domestic (India): 2–5 business days after verification.
  • International: 5–7 business days, depending on courier and payment channel.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method (PayPal or Razorpay).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.


🔄 9. Replacement or Exchange Options

Instead of a refund, you may choose:

  • A replacement for the same item (if available).
  • An exchange for a different color, size, or variation (if offered by the seller).

If selected, the replacement/exchange process starts once the original item is received.


🚫 10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Perishable or consumable items
  • Digital or downloadable goods

🧾 11. Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

Refund amounts may be adjusted if:

  • The item is used, incomplete, or damaged upon return.
  • The return shipment was delayed or lost due to poor packaging or missing tracking.
  • oesii paid for return shipping but the issue wasn’t seller-related.

🧍 12. Misuse of Return Policy

To maintain a fair and safe marketplace, oesii monitors all return activities.

Fraudulent or abusive behavior — such as false claims, item swapping, or returning used products — may result in:

  • Rejection of the return
  • Deduction from refund amount
  • Account suspension or permanent ban from oesii

🤝 13. oesii Assistance & Buyer Protection

If your return or refund issue isn’t resolved, oesii Support will intervene to protect your rights.

oesii will step in when:

  • The seller fails to respond within 3 business days
  • You’ve returned the item but haven’t received a refund
  • There’s a dispute about item condition or refund amount

The oesii support team will review all evidence from both parties and make a fair, transparent decision.
