oesii does not store your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

• All international transactions on oesii are processed through PayPal, one of the most trusted and globally recognized payment platforms.
• Buyers can pay directly via their PayPal account or supported international cards through PayPal’s secure checkout.
• Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or refunds for international transactions are handled directly by PayPal under the PayPal Buyer Protection Program.
• oesii will fully cooperate with PayPal in resolving disputes to ensure fairness and transparency.

🇮🇳 3. Domestic Payments (Within India)

• All payments within India are securely processed via Razorpay, a leading and PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
• Razorpay supports UPI, net banking, wallets, and major cards for smooth and reliable transactions.
• In case of any dispute, refund, or chargeback, the issue will be jointly handled by oesii and Razorpay to ensure timely resolution.
• Refunds for eligible orders are initiated to the original payment method within the standard processing period.

🔐 4. Payment Security

• oesii uses SSL encryption, secure tokenization, and bank-level protection for all transactions.
• We never ask for your card details, OTP, or banking credentials outside the official checkout process.
• All payments are made directly on oesii’s secure payment page using verified gateways only.

⚠️ 5. Important Safety Warning

To keep your transactions safe:

🚫 Do not make any payments outside oesii.

• Never transfer money directly to a seller’s personal account or through links sent via email, chat, or messaging apps.
• oesii and its sellers will never ask you to pay outside our official platform.
• If any seller or individual requests payment through non-oesii links, bank transfers, or QR codes, please report it immediately to our support team.

📢 oesii will not be responsible for any losses, fraud, or issues resulting from payments made outside the oesii platform.

🔄 6. Refunds and Reversals

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method after order cancellation or approved return.
• For PayPal transactions – refund is managed by PayPal directly.
• For Razorpay transactions – refund is processed by oesii and Razorpay together.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🧾 7. Payment Verification

For security reasons, oesii may perform payment verification in some cases before dispatching high-value or suspicious orders.
If verification is required, you’ll be notified by oesii’s official support email.

oesii reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if payment fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
