It ensures that buyers receive exactly what they ordered — or get their money back.
This policy defines how refunds, claims, and payment disputes are handled to maintain a fair and trusted shopping environment.

🧭 1. Overview

The oesii Money Back Guarantee allows buyers to shop confidently.
If an item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or isn’t as described, buyers may qualify for a full refund.

This policy explains:

  • Which transactions are covered
  • Buyer and seller responsibilities
  • Refund and return procedures

🛡️ 2. Coverage, Eligibility & Exclusions

Covered Situations

  • Item not received (not delivered or unavailable for pickup)
  • Item not as described (wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit)
  • Seller fails to honor their stated return policy

Buyer Eligibility

  • Must pay through oesii checkout using an approved payment method
  • Must follow all reporting timelines and steps outlined in this policy
  • Must not use multiple dispute channels for the same issue

Seller Responsibilities

  • Deliver items exactly as described and on time
  • Respond to buyer claims within the stated timeframe
  • Provide valid tracking details and proof of delivery

Eligible Payment Methods
Currently, oesii supports the following:
🌍 International Payments: PayPal

  • All international disputes will be handled directly by PayPal.
  • oesii will assist both parties throughout the PayPal resolution process.

🇮🇳 Domestic Payments (India): Razorpay

  • Razorpay manages all domestic payment disputes.
  • oesii’s internal team will coordinate to ensure quick resolution.
  • Razorpay also supports limited international transactions.

❌ Not Covered:

  • Direct wire transfers, cash, or external payment methods
  • Offline deals, money orders, or unverified escrow
  • Personal transactions outside oesii

Excluded Items

  • Real estate, vehicles, or industrial equipment
  • Digital downloads, NFTs, or services
  • Businesses, websites, or classified ads
  • Travel tickets, perishable goods, or event passes

📦 3. When the Buyer Doesn’t Receive an Item

If the seller fails to deliver the order:

  • The buyer is entitled to a full refund including shipping fees.
  • Sellers may be required to reimburse oesii for the refunded amount.

Deadlines:

  • Buyer must report non-delivery within 30 days of the estimated or actual delivery date.
  • Seller must respond within 3 business days.
  • Buyer may escalate to oesii if unresolved after 3 days.

Proof of Delivery Requirements:

  • Valid tracking ID showing “Delivered” or “Attempted Delivery.”
  • Delivery address (matching city and postal code).
  • Delivery date and, if applicable, recipient signature for items above $750.

Exclusions:

  • Wrong address provided by buyer.
  • Buyer’s own courier or freight forwarding services.

🎯 4. When the Item Doesn’t Match the Listing

Refunds are allowed if:

  • The item is incorrect, incomplete, or defective.
  • The received item significantly differs from its description.
  • Counterfeit or imitation goods were sent.

Timelines:

  • Buyer must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Seller must respond within 3 business days.
  • Refund must be issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.

Special Cases:

  • Counterfeit items: Buyer may not be required to return them.
  • Perishable or event-based items: Refund processed without return if verified.

🪪 5. oesii Authenticity Guarantee

For eligible items marked with “Authenticity Guarantee”:

  • Seller ships directly to a verified authentication partner.
  • The authenticator checks the item’s authenticity and condition.
  • If verified, the item is shipped to the buyer.

Return Under Guarantee:

  • Must be returned via the same authentication channel.
  • Certain categories (sneakers, collectibles, luxury goods) may be final sale, except for damage or listing errors.

🛍️ 6. When the Seller Doesn’t Fulfill Their Return Policy

If the seller advertises “returns accepted,” they must honor that promise.
If they fail to do so:

  • oesii will treat the case as “item not as described.”
  • Buyer will receive a refund.
  • Seller must reimburse oesii accordingly.

🚚 7. Return Requirements & Return Shipping

Seller Must:

  • Accept valid return requests promptly.
  • Provide a prepaid shipping label if at fault.
  • Keep return address up to date.
  • Cover customs charges on international returns.

Buyer Must:

  • Return the item in the same condition received.
  • Use the provided shipping label or method.
  • Ship the return by the stated deadline.

Who Pays Return Shipping:

  • Seller pays when item is defective or not as described.
  • Buyer pays for “change of mind” returns, depending on seller policy.

🕓 8. Estimated vs Actual Delivery Dates

Deadlines are based on whichever occurs first:

  • Actual delivery date (if on time).
  • Estimated delivery date (if delayed or untracked).

🧾 9. Appeals & Extensions

  • Both parties may appeal oesii’s decision within 30 days of case closure.
  • Extensions are granted only for legitimate delays (customs holds, courier strikes, fraud investigations, etc.).

💳 10. Refunds, Payment Holds & Reimbursements

  • Refunds are always sent to the original payment method.
  • If unavailable, oesii may offer an alternative (PayPal or voucher).
  • Currency exchange rates are applied as at purchase time.
  • oesii may hold seller payouts while a dispute is active.
  • Sellers must reimburse oesii for any refund paid to the buyer on their behalf.

🚫 11. Loss of Coverage

Buyer protection may be voided if the buyer:

  • Withdraws or cancels their case prematurely.
  • Files duplicate claims (e.g., chargeback + oesii claim).
  • Provides false or manipulated evidence.
  • Returns a different or used item.

Abuse of this policy may result in account suspension or ban.

  • oesii may share limited data with authorities or partners as required by law.
  • The Money Back Guarantee is not a warranty but a buyer protection system.
  • Special protection terms apply to business or vehicle categories.
  • oesii’s case decisions are final and binding, except where prohibited by law.
